I really liked this cookbook focusing on sandwiches， a staple around where I live。 I loved the section on slow cooker sandwiches （yet another way to use my slow cooker）， and the section on grilled cheese sandwiches （one of my favorites）。 I found it interesting that most of the grilled cheese sandwiches have mayonnaisse on both sides of the bread， and then cooking over medium heat for 3 minutes per side。I received an e-ARC of this book by the publisher Familius via Edelweiss。 This does not affect I really liked this cookbook focusing on sandwiches， a staple around where I live。 I loved the section on slow cooker sandwiches （yet another way to use my slow cooker）， and the section on grilled cheese sandwiches （one of my favorites）。 I found it interesting that most of the grilled cheese sandwiches have mayonnaisse on both sides of the bread， and then cooking over medium heat for 3 minutes per side。I received an e-ARC of this book by the publisher Familius via Edelweiss。 This does not affect my opinion regarding the book。 。。。more
